If you get an error message stating that the page could not be displayed you need to change these settings in your browser:

For IE, click on Tools and then on Internet Options. When the Internet Options box appears click on the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Security section and UNCHECK TLS 1.0 while making sure SSL 2.0 and 3.0 are checked.

For Netscape, click on Edit and then on Preferences. Under category scroll down to Privacy & Security double click on this and then click on SSL. UNCHECK TLS 1.0 and make sure SSL versions 2 and 3 are checked.

For Firefox, click on Tools and then on Options. When the Options window apears click on Advanced then click on the Encryption tab. UNCHECK TLS 1.0 making sure SSL 3.0 is checked.
